ORDERING

Orders can be taken either in store, telephone, or E-mail. 

Orders are not confirmed unless an invoice has been generated and given to the customer via E-mail or in person.

ETA for special orders must be requested at the time of ordering or prior.

Deliveries are not always available so booking is required at least 1 day prior. We do not offer regional or interstate deliveries.

 

 

PRICING

All prices are displayed in store. Counter staff do not have the authority to lower or increase set prices.

Change in pricing may occur at any moment. If a displayed price does not reflect the actual price, customers will be notified of the actual price before payment.

All quoted prices are valid for a maximum of 7 days

All prices are subject to change without prior notice

 

 

PAYMENT

Accepted methods of payment are Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and EFT.

EFT Payments must be cleared to be considered complete. Stock will not be released until funds have been cleared.

Please note we DO NOT accept cheque

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

All returned goods must be accompanied with the original or a copy of the original receipt (unless the customer is registered with Riali Trade Centre).

Faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of purchase either by writing or instore.

Returns must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.
